The hunt that saved a tradition

The revival of whaling in Alaska is described. Around 1918, many hunters from the region died due to Spanish flu, and the ancient whaling tradition died with them. A hunting expedition in 1970, led by Charles Christensen, a school teacher, revived this tradition.
