The capitulation of US gun manufacturer Smith & Weeson to sign an agreement with the government to limit the number of handguns to consumers and reduce the number of semi-automatic firearms for sales will have serious implications for the rest of the industry.

Federal Appeals Court upholds Second Amendment as individual right
