Whatever happened to the French Bistro?
Article Abstract:
Restaurants are believed to serve better food than bistros. However, this has been found untrue in Paris' bistros. Six French bistros shone with their chefs' style of cooking and service. These include Le Repaire de Cartouche, L'Ardoise, Le Troyon, L'Avant Gout, Le Tire Bouchon and A and M Le Bistro.
