A second superluminal source
Article Abstract:
A new Galactic superluminal jet known as X-ray nova Sco and GRO J1655-40 has been subject to radio, X-ray, and optical observations. GRO is a fascinating subject because it undermines the belief in largely slow-moving celestial bodies since its components move at about 50 milliarcseconds per day. Astrophysics hope to learn more about the Universe's dynamic and violent aspects through studying superluminal jets and GRO is an excellent subject because of its relative nearness and large intrinsic transverse velocity which is magnified through the relativistic illusion.

Mechanism for 'superluminal' tunneling
Article Abstract:
The mechanism of the superluminal tunneling of the light pulses observed in photonic barrier experiments is described. The tunneling experiments reveal transmitted pulses that are neither reshaped nor shortened, which are borne out by numerical simulations.
