American woodcock fall migration using central region band-recovery and wing-collection survey data
Article Abstract:
Band-recovery and wing-collection survey data was used to study migration pattern of woodcock in fall in Central region of the United States. Most migration occurred during November through entire Central region, whereas woodcock from Minnesota, Michigan and Wisconsin migrated to Louisiana
