The transcriptional programme of antibody class switching involves the repressor Bach2
Article Abstract:
The importance of Bach2 for class switch recombination (CSR) and somatic hypermutation (SHM) of immunoglobulin genes is discussed. The orchestration of CSR and SHM during plasma cell differentiation is examined.
