Water spiders are considered as the only spider that spends its entire life under water. Large nocturnal spiders breathe under water from air bubbles trapped in hairs on the body. A study is conducted to examine whether large size helped the males to move quickly under water.

Blood-sucking spiders
Article Abstract:
Evarcha culicivora is a jumping spider that sucks the life out of flies, especially mosquitoes. A species of female mosquitoes that feed on blood and male mosquitoes are offered to Evarcha and the findings indicate that they consumed female mosquitoes.

An ecological study on Blue and Fin whales is undertaken to establish the extent of the whales feeding area and its relationship to the upwelling. The various sources through which they obtain their food are discussed.
