Comparison of avian communities on restored and natural wetlands in North and South Dakota
Article Abstract:
Studies show no perceived differences in waterfowl habitat selection choices between natural and restored wetlands, in data obtained from research on 39 natural and 39 restored wetland areas in North and South Dakota. Waterfowl species observed included a broad range of ducks, geese, sparrows, and songbirds.

Effects of telemetry location error on space-use estimates using a fixed-kernel density estimator
Article Abstract:
A study to assess the effects of telemetry error when using fixed kernels to estimate animal space use was conducted. It was found that telemetry location error had no significant effect on fixed-kernel density estimates.
