Declaring war on military animal research
Article Abstract:
The U.S. Congress has initiated to hearing to investigate the use of animals in military research. Members of leading animal rights groups testified in the hearing. As a result, amendments to the Defense Appropriations Bill that would effectively limit animal experimentation in the military were introduced.
