Design of effective immunotherapy for human autoimmunity
Article Abstract:
The effectiveness of therapies aimed at inhibiting the non-antigen-specific pathways is contrasted, such as cytokine and cell-trafficking pathways, with the comparative lack of success therapies that interfere with the more complex and flexible features of antigen-specific adaptive immunity. The future goal is to improve the efficacy of immunotherapy from the existing state of partial disease control, to increased disease control, establishing remission and cure the disease.

Physics, complexity and causality
Article Abstract:
The physical nature of material objects, including living beings can be understood by referring to the atomic theory of matter and the periodic table of elements. But even if the laws of physics explain much of the world around us it does not have a realistic description of causality in truly complex hierarchical structures.
