Digging for dodo
Article Abstract:
A detailed report on the bird dodo is presented as the Dutch geologist Kenneth Rijsdijk working on a significant excavation site in the Mauritius called Mareaux Songes shows signs of revealing a clear picture of the dodo bird for the first time. The spot has languished untouched for decades, but in years to come, mud from this dig could increase the number of known bones by an order of magnitude.
