Further fossil finds from flores
Article Abstract:
Fossil evidence from the cave of Liang Bua on Flores is described, which primarily consisted of a single partial skeleton (LB1), excavated from deposits in Liang Bua dated to the end of the last ice age. The LB1 skeleton, dated to 18,000 years from 2005, was probably a female, just over meter tall and derived characteristics of the genus Homo, particularly in the teeth, jaw and cranium.

Virtual cranial reconstruction of Sahelanthropus tchadensis
Article Abstract:
A detailed virtual reconstruction of the Toros-Menalla 266 cranium that corrects the distorting caused from fracturing, displacement and plastic deformation is presented. The reconstruction of TM 266 cranium confirms that Sahelanthropus tchadensis is a hominid and is not more closely related to the African great apes.
