Efficient organic photovoltaic diodes based on doped pentacene
Article Abstract:
Efficiency enhancement by molecular doping in Schottky-type photovoltaic diodes based on pentacene, an organic semiconductor, is demonstrated. The dopant improves internal quantum efficiency by over five orders of magnitude, yielding external energy conversion efficiency up to 2.4% for a standard solar spectrum.

Gate-induced superconductivity in a solution-processed organic polymer film
Article Abstract:
Research is presented concerning the metallic levels of conductivity and distinct metal-insulator transition in a polymer field-effect transistor. The superconductivity of conjugated polymers is discussed.
