Gravity-wave interferometers as quantum-gravity detectors
Article Abstract:
Modern gravity-wave interferometers are sufficiently sensitive to test certain space-time fuzziness models. It has been established that the smallness of the Planck length does not rule out the possibility of direct analyses of space-time fuzziness. This finding fits in with research indicating that it could be possible to obtain indirect evidence of quantum space-time fluctuations by testing the predictions of theories consistent with a known picture of these fluctuations.
