Article Abstract:
A workshop on screenwriting at Hollywood, United States for the scientists was aimed at helping them learn the ways to improve the image of science and scientists in the movies. The failure of scientific accuracy in films worry the scientists as it misinforms the public whose knowledge of science comes mainly from the big and small screens.

Students set up forum to debate hot topics
Article Abstract:
The graduate students at the University of Washington in Seattle are setting up the Forum on Science Ethics and Policy (FOSEP) aiming public discussion on areas of research raising ethical concern. FOSEP is intended for the benefit of scientists. The forum is expecting to hold at least one forum in a year.
