Lawsuits and logistics tie up California's stem- cell funds
Article Abstract:
California's voters had agreed on November 2004 to provide sufficient funds for a $3-billion research on stem cell with the hope that the research grants would be recorded by May 2005. However, an effort by a property developer Bob Klein, on the research grants for the concept of stem cell ballot measure, known as Proposition 71 was suppressed by the lawsuits and logistics.

Biologists do not find swamps rich in any species, but conservation biologist, Peter Ng, has a treasure-trove of species. He accused conservation biologists of ignorance about one's planets biodiversity, and thus calls for conservation of this habitat.
