Management of wild deer in Australia
Article Abstract:
The recommendation of promoting the management of wild deer for the joint outcomes of reducing adverse impacts of agriculture, forestry, and conservation values and for exploitation and harvest is described. Management programs should be partnerships in order to bring public perceptions closer to management realities.

Acceptance of deer management strategies by suburban homeowners and bowhunters
Article Abstract:
Suburban rand bowhunters acceptance of lethal and nonlethal deer management strategies were assessed. Results concluded that to manage overabundant deer population regional plans should be developed rather than town-wide plans.
