Olympus finds market rival hard to swallow
Article Abstract:
A video camera used for endoscopies called PillCam launched by an Israeli firm Given Imaging has given a tough competition to Olympus, the world's largest manufacturer of conventional endoscopes is discussed. The camera lies inside a transparent capsule just a few centimeters long, is a wire free endoscope, provides images from the whole length of the small intestine is struggling for supremacy with Olympus.

Meat meter measures marbled muscles

The development of a new device for measuring the deliciousness of meat in Japan, a country famous for its Wagyu beef with excellent marbled fat is described. The device helps in determining the oleic acid content in the meat that imparts the required tenderness and taste to it.
