Regional commitment to reducing emissions
Article Abstract:
An estimated 24-35% of the US population is currently engaged in policies directed towards significantly reducing anthropogenic climate change despite the federal policy. The targets set to achieve environmental goals in emission reductions are effective in driving change and have helped to identify easy and inexpensive routes.

The article discusses the opposition faced by the U.K. government against the development of the wind farms by the country's Ministry of Defense (MoD). MoD claims that the wind farms interfere with the air-defense radars and hence should not be encouraged much.
