Release of gold-bearing fluids in convergent margin magmas prompted by magnetite crystallization
Article Abstract:
An abrupt decrease in gold and copper abundances coupled with a switch in the behavior of titanium and iron from concentration increases to decreases as SiO2 rises. Proposing that the abrupt depletion in gold and copper results from concurrent sulphur reduction as a result of f (sub o2) buffering, causing enhanced formation of copper-gold hydrosuphide complexes that becomes scavenged from crystallizing melts into cogenetic magmatic aqueous fluids.

A link between large mantle melting events and continent growth seen in osmium isotopes
Article Abstract:
Various studies are conducted to prove the existence of a connection between the large mantle melting events and the continent growth, which is often noticed in the osmium isotopes. The results show that the Earth's continental crust was derived from the mantle.

Enhanced mantle-to-crust rhenium transfer in undegassed arc magmas
Article Abstract:
Previous measurements of rhenium in arc materials may be in error, due to the rhenium loss during degassing. Discusses the determination of Osmium and Rhenium in undegassed arc magmas, accompanied by diagrams.
