Superoxide dismutase as a target for the selective killing of cancer cells
Article Abstract:
Research is presented concerning the destruction of human leukaemia cells but not lymphocytes through the action of derivatives of oestrogen. The targeting of superoxide dismutases as a means of killing cancer cells is discussed.
