The big name hunters
Article Abstract:
A research reveals that professional taxonomists are not happy with non-professionals naming new species without carrying out peer review. The taxonomists want the International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature (ICZN), the group in charge of setting the ground rules for taxonomy, to change the accreditation process and ICZN has decided to set up a new system, called ZooBank that requires species descriptions to be registered online.
