Chemical space and biology
Article Abstract:
Chemical space encompasses small organic molecules present in biological systems. The chemical compounds used by biological systems represent a staggeringly small fraction of the total number of small carbon-based compounds with molecular masses in the same range of living systems.

Hidden complexity in the mechanical properties of titin
Article Abstract:
The I-band region of titin is responsible for passive elasticity in such muscle(super1-4), and contains tandem arrays of immunoglobulin domains. One such domain (127) is investigated extensively, using dynamic foce spectroscopy and simulation.
