Tooling with Mother Nature: the dangers of genetic engineering
Article Abstract:
Scientists promise mdical breakthroughs and progress through the use of biotechnology and genetic engineering, but those who benefit most from this new science are drug, food, petrochemical and industrial companies. There is little regulation of the biotechnology industry by the federal government and animal rights advocates are alarmed at experimentation on animals.
