Translational and rotational settings of H2A.Z nucleosomes across the Saccharomyces cerevisiae genome
Article Abstract:
The DNA of 322,000 individual Saccharomyces cerevisiae nucleosomes containing the histone variant H2A.Z were sequenced to provide a comprehensive map of H2A.Z nucleosomes in functionally important regions. Transcriptional start sites tended to reside about one helical turn inside the nucleosome border, which reveal an intimate relationship between chromatin architecture and the underlying DNA sequence it regulates.

Martian stepped-delta formation by rapid water release
Article Abstract:
Several sand flume studies are conducted to explain the distinct morphology observed in the martian stepped deltas that are found to be formed by the rapid water release. The amount of water required for the formation of the delta is found to be that discharged by large terrestrial rivers.
