Mastering the balancing act
Article Abstract:
The importance of organizations creating conditions, which could help employees achieve the all-important balance between their lives and their work, is highlighted. The different conditions that can help or hinder employees are discussed, however, it is suggested that the ultimate responsibility of finding and maintaining the ideal balance rests with the employees themselves.
