Unique Sm core structure of U7 snRNPs: assembly by a specialized SMN complex and the role of a new component, Lsm11, in histone RNA processing
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on Sm proteins which form ring-shaped Sm core. The authors have characterized Lsm11 as a Sm-like protein, and report that the long N-terminal part of this protein mediates histone mRNA 3'-end cleavage.

Transcription from an upstream promoter controls methylation signaling from an inverted repeat of endogenous genes in Arabidopsis
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on Arabidopsis methylated PAI tryptophan biosynthetic genes. The authors demonstrate that PAI transcript initiates at the unmethylated promoter which is upstream of the inverted repeat PAI genes.
