A global map of p53 transcription-factor binding sites in the human genome
Article Abstract:
A robust approach that couples chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) with the paired-end ditag (PET) sequencing strategy for unbiased and precise global localization of transcription-factor binding sites (TFBS) whereby this strategy is applied to map p53 targets in the human genome is described. An unbiased, highly precise, and efficient mapping methodology is presented to allow the whole genome survey of TFBS with an unprecedented resolution.

Systems biology, integrative biology, predictive biology
Article Abstract:
Systems biology requires the ability to digitalize biological output so that it could be computed, the computational power to analyze comprehensive and massive datasets, and the capacity to integrate heterogeneous data into a usable knowledge format. A brief description on how it could be described as integrative biology and predictive biology is presented.

Genetic modulation of senescent phenotypes in Homo sapiens
Article Abstract:
The genetic modulation of senescent phenotypes in Homo sapiens is examined. The results indicate the existence of multiple mechanisms for aging and highlight the need for a robust mechanism for the maintenance of genomic stability.
