Dendritic cell subsets and lineages, and their functions in innate and adaptive immunity
Article Abstract:
The author discusses dendritic cells, antigen presenting cells stimulating naive T cells. The diverse functions of the dendritic cells in the immune regulations which depend on their subsets and lineages diversity and on the functional plasticity of the cells at the immature stage have been explored and discussed in this review.

Dendritic cells as vectors for therapy
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on the dendritic cell biology. The authors of this review have investigated the studies exploiting dendritic cells generated ex vivo, charged with antigen and injected back into animals or humans in manipulating their immunity.
