In vitro clonal analysis of mouse neural crest development
Article Abstract:
Researchers who aimed to study development potentials of individual neural crest cells and their patterns of lineage segregation developed clonal culture systems of mouse neural crest cells. They discovered pigmented, mixed and two kinds of unpigmented clones. At initiation of migration, the mouse neural crest of the trunk region is a heterogeneous population of cells consisting of pluripotent cells, cells with a contained developmental potential and cells seemingly directed at the melanogenic cell lineage.

Mosaic methylation in clonal tissue
Article Abstract:
A study of methylation in leiomyomas show that the said process occurs in aheterogenous pattern even if the cells were cloned and are histologically homogenous. Histological analysis revealed that that independent methylation of individual areas is possible. However, heterogeneity cannot be attributed to random methylation since smilar patterns were observed in other leiomyomas from the same uterus.

Molecular and cellular cognition: the unraveling of memory retrieval
Article Abstract:
A study to demonstrate the effect of Beta-adrenergic receptor function to retrieve certain forms of memory is presented. The results state that noradrenergic function is required for memory ecphory of hippocampal, but not cortical dependant memories.
