Mentoring programs should be goal-oriented for the company as well as individuals in order to enhance productivity, leadership development and employee retention. Mentor program should be designed with the company culture in mind, where the metrics should be included to measure the success of the program and should be fine-tuned so that it can be used in more areas of the company.
