Isolation and expression of lactate dehydrogenase genes from Rhizopus oryzae
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on the Rhizopus oryzae used for lactic acid production. The cloning of the genes that code for NAD (super)+ -dependent L-lactate dehydrogenases has been carried out.

Molecular characterization of laccase genes from the basidiomycete Corpinus cinereus and heterologous expression of the laccase Lcc1
Article Abstract:
Research conducted on the cloning and expressing of the ink cap basidiomycete Corpinus cinereus for further characterization and testing is analyzed. Results indicate that C. cinereus contains a three laccase gene family.
