Molecular ecological analysis of the succession and diversity of sulfate-reducing bacteria in the mouse gastrointestinal tract
Article Abstract:
Molecular ecological analysis of the diversity and succession of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) in the mouse gastrointestinal tract has been undertaken. Widespread colonization of the intestines by dissimilatory SRB was shown. Evidence of space-specific SRB populations and of sulfomucin patterns along the gastrointestinal tract exists.

Molecular ecological analysis of the succession and diversity of sulfate-reducing bacteria in the mouse gastrointestinal tract
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on the intestinal sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) growth. Results indicate the mouse intestine widespread colonization by dissimilatory SRB.
