Patterns of genetic structure among populations of an oligophagous pollinating yucca moth (Tegeticula yuccasella)
Article Abstract:
Investigations of co-evolution and influence of biotic interactions on diversification use plant-insect associations as models. Yucca moth (Tegeticula yuccasella), the species with the widest diet breadth, is used to determine the contribution of host specificity and isolation by distance to specialization concluding that pollinating yucca moths displayed high host specificity.

Cloning, Sequencing, and Physical Mapping by Fluorescence in situ Hybridization
Article Abstract:
Fluorescence in situ hybridization was used to analyze two repetitive DNA sequences in the safflower species Carthamus tinctorius. Locations of sequences at subtelomeric, nucleolar, and nonnucleolar chromosome pairs are identified, along with variability.
