Photoreceptor ubiquitination by COP1 E3 ligase desensitizes phytochrome A signaling
Article Abstract:
A study on importance of desentization of activated receptor for terminating of signal transduction is given. The results reveal that Constitutively Photomorphegenic(COP)1 acts as an E3 ligase that regulates phytochrome(phy) A signaling by targeting elimination of the phy A photoreceptor itself.

The POU proteins Brn-2 and Oct-6 share important functions in Schwann cell development
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on Schwann cell development. The authors demonstrate that in a developmental profile these cells express Brn-2 similar to that of Oct-6, and that Brn-2 function overlaps with that of Oct-6 during the transition from promyelinating to myelinating Schwann cells.
