Prevalence of Escherichia coli O157 in cattle feeds in midwestern feedlots
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on Escherichia coli O157 ecology in the farm environment. The authors describe the development of more-sensitive isolation techniques with feed samples inoculated with E.cpli O157, and analyze E. coli O157 prevalence in cattle feeds from midwestern feedlots.

Production of plant-specific flavanones by Escherichia coli containing an artificial gene cluster
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on plant-specific flavanones. The production of these flavanones in Escherichia coli and the flavanone yields by E. coli cells containing gene clusters in different organizations are described.
