RINGO/cdk1 and CPEB mediate poly(A) tail stabilization and translational regulation by ePAB
Article Abstract:
A study observed the ability of CPEB to mediate poly(A) tail stabilization and translational regulation by ePAB. Results showed that ePAB binding to the poly(A) tail was important to protect the homopolymer from degradation by deadenylating enzymes.
