Rapid identification of Candida species by using nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and a statistical classification strategy
Article Abstract:
The authors habe analyzed nuclear magnetic resonance spectra from the yeast species of the genus Candida. They demonstrate that the application of statistical classification strategy for the analysis of NMR spectra has led to the identification of isolates within this genus.

Characterization of Anaplasma marginale isolated from North American bison
Article Abstract:
The authors describe the study of the tick-borne cattle pathogen Anaplasma marginale. They report that A. marginale isolates obtained from bison are similar to those from the naturally infected cattle.

Endotoxin inactivation in water by using medium-pressure UV lamps
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on endotoxin. Results demonstrate that endotoxin inactivation is propotional to the ultra violet irradiation from medium-pressure UV lamps.
