Replication initiation proteins regulate a developmental checkpoint in Bacillus subtilis
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on the signaling pathway preventing sporulation initiation in Bacillus subtilis when the replication initiation is impaired. The isolation of the mutant which allow the sporulation of the replication initiation mutant has been carried out and the results indicate that these mutations affect a small open reading frame.
