Suicide polymerase endonuclease restriction, a novel technique for enhancing PCR amplification of minor DNA templates
Article Abstract:
A new method termed suicide polymerase endonuclease restriction (SuPER) to reduce or eliminate the impact of dominant DNAs on molecular analyses by target-specific endonuclease restriction was developed. It showed that the digested template is no longer available for PCR amplification while nontarget DNAs remain intact and can be amplified.

Targeted isolation of a designated region of the Bacillus subtilis genome by recombinational transfer
Article Abstract:
Targeted isolation of a designated region of the Bacillus subtilis genome was conducted by using recombinational transfer. Results revealed that DNA fragments can be cloned through the successful positional cloning of internal DNA facilities.

VdNEP, an elicitor from Verticillium dahliae, induces cotton plant wilting
Article Abstract:
The isolation of a Verticillium dahliae cDNA that encodes a necrosis- and ethylene-including protein (VdNEP) is reported. It was seen that the VdNEP plays an important role in promoting wilting symptoms of cotton plants.
