Sulfate-reducing bacteria methylate mercury at variable rates in pure culture and in marine sediments
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on the methymercury production. The quantification of the differences in methylmercury production in pure cultures and in marine sediments to determine the sulfate-reducing bacteria strains is discussed.
