Signal transduction by the JNK group of MAP kinases
Article Abstract:
This review discusses the recent advances in the mitogen-activated protein kinase mediated signaling pathways with reference to the c-Jun NH(sub)2-terminal kinases (JNK) in animals. Research reveals that JNKs are involved in the embryonic morphogenesis, cell proliferation, and apoptosis.

Suppression of Ras-stimulated transformation by the JNK signal transduction pathway
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on c-Jun NH (sub)2 -terminal kinase. The role of this kinase in phosphorylation and activation of protein-1 has been investigated via the study of the effect of c-Jun NH (sub)2 -terminal kinase deficiency in RAS-stimulated transformation, and the details are reported.
