R2D2 leads the silencing trigger to mRNA's death star
Article Abstract:
The authors discuss the study of Dicer-associated protein which is important for short interfering RNAs' incorporation into the RNA-induced silencing complex. The analysis of this protein responsible for the initiation and execution of RNA interference phases is presented.

Parc-ing p53 in the cytoplasm
Article Abstract:
The authors review a study carried out in identifying a parkin-like protein, Parc. The topics of interest include the role of this protein in anchoring tumor suppressor protein p53 in cytoplasm, and regulation of protein's subcellular localization.
