Thermal inactivation of susceptible and multiantimicrobial-resistant Salmonella strains grown in the absence or presence of glucose
Article Abstract:
Research indicate that thermal inactivation of susceptible and antimicrobial-resistant Salmonella strains is cross-protected by acid adaptation. However, there is no association between antimicrobial susceptibility and heat stress survival of Salmonella.

Photoreactivation in airborne Mycobacterium parafortuitum
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on the airborne Mycobacterium parafortuitum. The results of the in situ observations of the photoreactivation that occurs within bacteria while airborne at the relative humidity and UV doses are discussed.
