Disentangling interfirm and intrafirm causal ambiguity: A conceptual model of casual ambiguity and sustainable competitive advantage
Article Abstract:
The theoretical understanding of casual ambiguity and its relationship to a defining organizational outcome in strategic management is discussed. A model that introduces the nature of the competency-performance linkage as a source of casual ambiguity in addition to competency characteristics is developed.
