A study of innovators' experience of new product innovation in organisations
Article Abstract:
Interviews conducted with new product innovators yields insights on how they experience complex social structures and settings within their organization as well as the resultant effects on creativity. Intrinsic motivators such as "excitement" and "tangible benefits" are identified and discussed.

Team member experiences in new product development: views from the trenches
Article Abstract:
The article examines the dynamics between new product development staff and other team members. Findings show that team members involved in new product development feel neglected by senior management, project leaders, and other team members, and the implications are discussed.
