Article Abstract:
Organisational and industry developments which have an impact on experience and prompt the development of new types of human capital make it necessary to give more attention to information relating to the quality of labour supply. This is particularly appropriate in the area of managerial experience. Recent research has indicated that there is considerable value in analysing managerial experience in qualitative and aggregate terms.
