Antecedents and consequences of trust in a service provider: The case of primary care physicians
Article Abstract:
Antecedents and consequences of patientsE trust in their primary care physician (PCP) are explored by analyzing self-administered questionnaires returned by 214 patients. It is observed that awareness of the physiciansE incentives to behave opportunistically produces mixed effects on patientsE trust, thus revealing that both trust and satisfaction affect relationship outcomes positively.

Relationships among geographic dispersion, team processes, and effectiveness in software development work teams
Article Abstract:
The relationships among geographic dispersion, team processes, and effectiveness in teams carrying out software development work are examined. A study of 218 members of 39 software development work teams was conducted suggesting that geographic dispersion significantly and negatively relates to work processes and team effectiveness.
