Salzer Group Asia-Pacific helps Western companies revive their joint ventures with companies in China. The company, which was founded by Adam Salzer, will reorganize a joint venture based on Western business principles. Sometimes the reorganization will involve downsizing of the staff, which can be a difficult, though sometimes necessary, proposition.
