The Big Four companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Ernst & Young (EY), KPMG and Deloitte are planning to capture the middle market in search of more work. The mid-tier firms on the other hand are claiming to have taken the Big Four's market share with the prediction of Big Four's withdrawal from the middle market.
